Author Guideline

Guidelines for Writing Articles

  1. Articles received are articles that have never been published in any journal in the form of or have not been accepted for publication.

  2. Articles of results in the form of research and literature review in the following fields: public health, community health nursing, home nursing, midwifery, and medical health. The article is accompanied by a statement of authenticity from the author, stating that the article is truly his own work and does not contain plagiarism.

Writing system

  • Articles consist of 3000-5000 words, typed with spaces 1 on A4 size paper with Times New Roman font size 11. Writing that will be loaded using Indonesian and English
  • The composition of the article consists of a title, writer, abstract, keywords, introduction, method, results and discussion, conclusions, and bibliography.

Article Writing Conditions:

Title: maximum of 15 words. The title is typed in Times New Roman; 14 letters are flat and left in ordinary print.

author's name: or the writers are typed under the title with Times New Roman 10 font in bold, without titles, and may not be abbreviated. Under the name is written the field of expertise, institution name, address, and email of the author.

Abstract: no more than 150–200 words, written in English and Indonesian, in a paragraph containing the purpose of service, methods of activity, and results of activities. Typed with Times New Roman font, single-spaced, and italicised. Under the abstract, there are keywords with a maximum of five words, separated by semicolons and double-spaced.

Introduction: Explain the background, problems, and importance of research or study; a brief literature review that relates directly to research or previous findings that need to be developed; and end with a paragraph on research purposes. A balance must be kept between the pure and applied aspects of the subject. The introduction is presented in the form of paragraphs of approximately 1000 words. [Times New Roman font, 11, normal]

Method: Make sure that work can be repeated according to the details provided. It contains technical information about the study presented clearly. Therefore, readers can conduct research based on the techniques presented. Materials and equipment specifications are necessary. Approaches or procedures of study, together with data analysis methods, must be presented. The method is described clearly and in detail [Times New Roman font, 11, Normal]

Results: Research results can be arranged based on variables or research objectives coupled with the information that becomes the findings of the researchers during the research. The results of the research contain a narrative of the contents of the row tables or pictures of the results of the research, accompanied by table numbers or pictures as information. The maximum number of tables and or images is 5 pieces.

Discussion: Well-prepared tables and figures must be a significant feature of this section because they convey the major observations to readers. Any information provided in tables and figures should no longer be repeated in the text, but the text should focus on the importance of the principal findings of the study. In general, journal papers will contain three to seven figures and tables. The same data cannot be presented in the form of tables and figures. The results of the study are discussed to address the problem formulated, objectives, and research hypotheses. It is highly suggested that the discussion be focused on why and how the research findings can happen and to what extent the research findings can be applied to other relevant problems.

Conclusion: The conclusion should be withdrawn on the basis of research findings, formulated concerns, and research purposes. The conclusion is presented in one paragraph without a numerical form of expression. Explain your research contributions to science.

Reference:

The author-year notation system is required and completed. All references mentioned should be written down in reference using Harvard Cite Them Right 10th Edition style and arranged from A to Z. Articles have a minimum of 25 recent references (last 10 years), and 80% are journals. References from journal publications should be provided by DOI. All cited references must be mentioned in the in-text citation. Conclusions and Suggestions: Conclusions contain a brief summary of the results of the research and discussion. Conclusions are research findings in the form of answers to research questions or research objectives. The results of the study provide suggestions and/or contributions to the application and/or development of science. [Times New Roman, 11, normal]
