Parity is a history of childbirth with the number of pregnancies as a physiological state that can be followed by pathological processes that can threaten the state of the mother and fetus. Ideally, the parity of a pregnant woman is 2 3 with a delivery distance of 3-4 years.</p> <p><strong>Purpose;</strong> Knowing the relationship between the parity status of pregnant women with the level of anxiety of preoperative Sectio Caesarea mothers. </p> <p><strong style="text-align: justify;">Method;</strong><span style="text-align: justify;"> This study used a correlation descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique performed on 34 pregnant women with preoperative Sectio Caesarea. Its prevalence in Indonesia tends to increase every year.</p> <p><strong>Objective: </strong>Implementing evidence-based family medicine services for patients by identifying risk factors, and clinical problems, and managing patients with a patient-centered and family-focused approach.</p> <p><strong>Method: </strong>This case report obtained primary data through autoanamnesis, also anamnesis, physical examination, and home visits. A holistic diagnostic assessment is carried out quantitatively and qualitatively.</p> <p><strong>Result: </strong>The patient is a 69-year-old female with atopic dermatitis and asthma. She thought that her skin condition would improve by scratching and applying ointment. She was worried that the itching would get worse and disturb her sleep. She hopes her skin condition can improve. Patients and families had atopic history, advanced age, lack of knowledge about the disease, and exposure to allergens.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Holistic diagnostic and comprehensive management of this patient was based on the latest theory and research. The chemical content of gingerol in red ginger can block prostaglandins to reduce pain at the time of menstruation.</p> <p><strong>Aims: </strong>To analyze the effectiveness of giving red ginger water in reducing the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain in young women. </p> <p><strong>Metode: </strong>Quantitative research method- pre-experiment design, One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The sample uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The instrument uses a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a confidence level of α = 0.05.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Showed that there was effectiveness between red ginger water and dysmenorrhoea where p-value = 0.0001.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is effectiveness between red ginger water and dysmenorrhoea. The study population was the entire pregnant woman. The sampling technique is simple random sampling with the slovin formula so that the sample of this study is 126 people. Data collection techniques involve observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques use path analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Show that high-risk pregnancies can be handled with better knowledge, soft skill competence, and health workers' performance. Many factors influence this behavior, one of which is the attitude and knowledge about the free sex itself. This knowledge and attitude can be improved by providing counseling or health education.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong> Knowing the effect of health education on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about promiscuous sex.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> Pre-Experimental type of research with the research design is One Group pre-test post-test design. The sample of this study included 84 students at SMK Negeri 6 Makassar using Cluster Sampling as a sampling technique for the Research Instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is bivariate analysis, Paired Sample T test.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Showed that there was an increase in the number of respondents who had good knowledge between before and after health education, namely an average change of 7,131 (± 3,229) by 98.8% with a p value of 0.000. The total sample of 69 people, the collection of in-depth interview data, observation, and document review, were analyzed univariately and bivariate with the help of SPSS version 21.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> This shows that the chi-square statistical test obtained a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 for the role of society.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> There is a relationship between the part of society with the incidence of diarrhea. The sampling method uses the Purposive Sampling technique. The sample size in this study was 99 samples consisting of 33 cases and 66 controls. The population of pregnant women in samples taken by purposive sampling was 74 pregnant women.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Chi-square test P-value of 0.000 or <0.05, preeclampsia and OR 0.017 (0.002-0.15), and regression analysis of preeclampsia status had an effect of 0.017. The determinant coefficient (Negelkerke R Square) shows that the probability value of pregnant women experiencing preeclampsia can cause the possibility of fetal growth to be inhibited by as much as 48%.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> That preeclampsia dramatically affects the development of the intrauterine fetus. One way to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients is to relax muscles progressively.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> This study aims to explain progressive muscle relaxation in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The retrieval and data collection method are carried out through library research by tracing the results of scientific publications from 2017-2022 through the Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Researchgate databases.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Progressive muscle relaxation can be done continuously at least twice daily for 25-30 minutes.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Progressive muscle relaxation should be done correctly with the correct sequence, movement, and focus so that individuals who do progressive muscle relaxation feel relaxed. In patient 1, it was found that the patient had anemic conjunctiva, and patient 2 had no complaints of anemic conjunctiva. This happens because low hemoglobin levels can prove the presence of iron deficiency anemia. The older adults at risk of having symptoms of depression are the older adults in older age groups ≥ 75 old age, living alone, loneliness, lack of social contact with family and friends, and older adults with comorbidities or illnesses. Anxiety changes as the pregnancy get older.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> To know the difference in anxiety between primigravida and multigravida pregnant women in iii trimester pregnancy.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> This study used a cross-sectional approach using a consecutive sampling technique.
