HIV and AIDS are pandemic, attacking millions of people in the world, men, women, and even children, so it is necessary to take steps to prevent HIV transmission. Aim; know the factors that influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA. Method; quantitative descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional design, with uvivariate, bivariate, and multivariate data analysis. Results; showed that the factors related to the prevention of HIV transmission by people living with HIV were a length of stay with HIV (p=0.000) and knowledge (p=0.000). In multiple logistic regression analysis, it was found that length of stay with HIV (p=0.007 95% CI: 0.014-0.517) and knowledge (p=0.014 95% CI: 1.343-14.451) were the most influencing factors to prevent HIV transmission. Conclusion; that the factors that most influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA are knowledge and duration of living with HIV.</em></p> 2021-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## The Effect of Motivation on the Performance of Medical Record Workers 2021-07-15T03:28:52+00:00 Andi Yusuf Muhammad Syafar Rosmasrah Rosmasrah Hasmah Hasmah <p>Introduction; Medical records are files containing records and documents about patients that contain identity, examination, treatment, and other medical actions. Aim; determine the effect of motivation on the performance of medical record personnel, incentives, working conditions, physical activity, work performance, responsibilities. Method; The type of research used is an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all medical record personnel with a total sample of 46 respondents. Results; shows that there is a relationship between giving incentives (p = 0.018), work responsibilities (p = 0.031), and physical activity (p = 0.011) on the performance of medical record personnel while there is no relationship between working conditions (p = 0.501) and work performance (p = 0.417) on the performance of medical record personnel. Conclusion; that there is a relationship between the provision of incentives, physical activity, responsibility for the performance of medical records, and there is no relationship between working conditions, work performance on the performance of medical record personnel.</p> 2021-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Factors Affecting Tetanus Toxoid Immunization Adherence to Pregnant Women 2021-07-16T02:22:45+00:00 Musfirah Musfirah Muhammad Rifai Abdul Kadir Kilian <p>Introduction; Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization is a way to actively generate/enhance a person's immunity against tetanus infection during or after childbirth. The coverage of TT immunization is still quite low, this is caused by various factors. Aim; determine the factors that influence the adherence to tetanus toxoid immunization of pregnant women. Method; quantitative method with a Cross-Sectional study approach using the shi-square test involving 130 samples. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Results; that mothers who comply with tetanus toxoid immunization are 74.6% while those who are not compliant are 25.4%. The results showed that there was a relationship between access (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000), husband's support (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.016) with tetanus toxoid immunization compliance. There was no relationship between knowledge (p=0,285) and adherence to tetanus toxoid immunization. Conclusion; there is a relationship between access, attitude, husband's support, the role of health workers with tetanus toxoid immunization compliance.</p> 2021-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Implementation of Health Protocol Policy in Covid-19 Prevention 2021-07-16T02:32:29+00:00 Hasma Hasma Musfirah Musfirah Rusmalawati Rusmalawati <p>Introduction; In 2020, the corona virus spread, a new type of virus (SARS-CoV-2) whose disease is called Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Corona virus is a virus that comes from animals and is transmitted through humans. Aim; know the description of the implementation of health protocol policies in the prevention of COVID-19. Method; The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with a total of 5 informants consisting of 1 key informant and 3 regular informants and 1 additional informant. Data were analyzed (content analysis) using interview and observation guidelines. Results; found that the implementation of health protocol policies in preventing COVID-19 has not been fully implemented because the community does not have the awareness to apply it in everyday life. Conclusion; the application of the use of masks, washing hands and social distancing have not been fully implemented properly, this is because there are still many residents who are active outside the home and still ignore.</p> 2021-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
