Often mothers cannot give milk to their children properly because it is caused by many factors. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge, education, and employment of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research is descriptive-analytic. With a cross-sectional approach with 48 junior high school breastfeeding mothers and sampling technique with total sampling. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.00). There is a relationship between education and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.001). There is no relationship between work and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.25). It can be concluded that the knowledge and education of breastfeeding mothers have a significant relationship to exclusive breastfeeding and there is no significant relationship between the work of breastfeeding mothers with exclusive breastfeeding
2021-05-08T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## The Effect of Stress on the Incidence of Migarine 2021-05-08T15:47:26+00:00 Alfira Aulia
Migraine has been identified as the cause of headache pain, which presents unilateral pain, as well as accompanying symptoms such as visual disturbances, nausea, and even vomiting. Garlic has long been known to have many health benefits, especially on its anti-inflammatory activity. However, among numerous benefits of its consumption for health benefit purposes, garlic also has its own shortcomings. Therefore, one of the alternative ways to remove those flaws is through a processing called heat treatment which is able to create a new quality of garlic without removing its nutritional components. Aged black garlic is the final product of the heat treatment applied to fresh garlic and is known to be rich in its bioactive compounds such as organosulfur, flavonoid, pyruvate, and phenolic compounds. Organosulfur, flavonoid, and phenolic compounds all have been known to have an anti-inflammatory activity on inflammation, respectively.
2021-05-08T15:16:48+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Effect of the Treatment with Moringa Leaf Flour (Moringa Oleifera) in Pregnant Women on the Malondialdehyde (Mda) 2021-05-08T15:36:10+00:00 Misrawati Misrawati Marliah Marliah
The occurrence of oxidative stress is influenced by maternal health and nutritional status. Fatwa Tenriawaru
The rechearce aimed to assess the effect of giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) on weight gain and the incidence of ISPA of the children with inaquate nutrition. This type of research is a quasi experimental study with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The rechearce aimed used VCO and PMT in the treatment group and PMT alone in the control group. The total sample of 24 were chosen to be the research sample where the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data processing was carried out using Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) to determine the nutritional status of children under five and the SPSS version 17 program to perform univariate and bivariate data analysis. Hypothesis testing on each analysis result uses a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05), where the hypothesis is accepted if the p value is <0.05. Meanwhile, the Mann Whitney test was used to differentiate between the treatment group and the control group. The results showed that there was no difference in changes in weight gain between the treatment group and the control group with a value of P = 0.937, there was a difference in changes in the form of a decrease in the frequency and duration of ISPA illness between the treatment group and the control group where the P value was P = 0.018 and P = 0.010. The conclusion of the study is that VCO cannot help increase the weight of under-nutrition children but it can help reduce the frequency and duration of ISPA illness.
2021-05-08T16:01:10+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Identification of the Link between Lifestyle and the Risk of Diabetes Mellitus 2021-05-08T16:12:33+00:00 Irwansyah Irwansyah Ilcham Syarief Kasim
Background Diabetes is still listed as the cause of world death with a prevalence that always increases significantly each year, which is marked by frequent eating (polyphagy), frequent drinking (polydipsia), and frequent urination (polyuria) due to failure of sugar to enter. in the cells to be processed as energy due to the inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin or not at all.
